GSI services numerous customers with our conductive printing capabilities. We also provide printing services to produce resistive traces, dielectric barriers and spacers.  Other capabilities include:

•   Able to print in both web and sheet format – flatbed and cylinder
•   Delivery of parts in roll or sheeted formats 
•   Maximum substrate widths: 500 mm web and 600 mm sheet
•   Minimum trace (line) thickness 100 µm  (4 mil)
•   Minimum space between traces (lines) 100µm (4 mil)
•   Thickness of printable flexible substrates from 50 µm (2 mil) to 250 µm (10 mil)
•   Tolerance of +/- 250 µm (10 mil) on multiple pass print registration
•   Types of printed substrates: paper, PI, PET or polyester (heat-stabilized, print-treated),   and other thermoplastic films

Scale

Flat-bed print lines are utilized to support early stage development and for producing production representative prototypes. As volume grows our roll-to-roll print lines have the print speed and drying capacity to support high volume requirements.
